Depending on the status of your business, you may have a call for listing your branches, which integrates within Lama Care when you are adding your new customers. You will have a choice from the drop-down menu in that section to choose a branch.
To do this, simply click on the “New Branch” icon and add your details. This convenient feature contains branch, email, time zone, phone, address, suburb, state, and postcode.
It is recommended that you setup a branch even if one location or if you have multiple homes (SDA/SIL).
