Pay Rates and Loading

Lama Care offers the convenience of having the latest SCHADS award and the NDIS price guide loading rates already set up. If your company wishes to adjust these rates, here's how to do it:

1. Select the desired rate by clicking on the pen icon.
2. "Update Employee Pay Rates" tile will open, where you can modify the hourly rate as needed.

You have the flexibility to remove any components that are not relevant to your current operations, or you can choose to keep them as a handy reference for future use, or when your business grows.
