Languages

A Lama Care pre-loaded feature, you can input the languages spoken by your staff. This convenient database enables you to keep track of and provide specialised assistance to meet the needs of your diverse customers. If you wish to add another language, simply go to the “New Language” icon, and fill in the language name and assign a language code and hit the add button.

Lama Care will be expanding this feature in the future to synchronise your customers with available staff who speak their language.

To add a language click on Add Language at the top right-hand corner

Name = Language

Code = Abbreviated code for the language

You can also upload a icon to represent the language
