On the left-hand pane you can also find the Assigned Participants tab. Click the tab to assign your customers to the employee.
Click on the purple + icon to assign your customer to the employee. You can scroll through the drop-down menu or start typing the customer’s name after you have clicked on the search bar.
Once you have selected the customers to assign, click save. The assigned customers will be listed under the participants tab.
If you wish to change or add another customer, click on Participants tab and click on Edit icon on the right side.
