Adding a referral is a straightforward process. Follow these steps, and you'll have the essential information in the system to get started.
- Click the "Add Referral" icon located in the top right-hand corner.
- This will take you to the referral details page, where you can enter the required information.
- To complete the referral, at this stage you only need to provide the first and last name of the individual.
- Hit the save button and now your customer will be in your referral received column (which is the default setting)
You can always add more information later as you continue with the customer onboarding process.

Now that you have added your customer and more details come to hand, you can start filling more information based on:
- Nominee
- NDIS details – uploading customers NDIS plan.
- Goals
- Referrer includes support coordinators details (if this is a core support customer) or LAC or another organisation.
Other Details Tab
In this section there are fields to complete:
- Main branch
- Medication details
- Doctors
- Primary disability
- Risks
- Notes

One of the convenient features of the referral (tile mode) is its ability to enable a smooth progression of your customer from one column to the next. This process reduces the need to manually access the customer record, ensuring a quick and smooth transition. Simply choose your customer (we will use John), click, and hold to grab the tile and drag it to the next column, from “referral received” to “contact made”.
You can now advance your customers as they move through the process until they reach the Onboarding Complete column. Once your customer has reached this stage, a dialogue box asking you to proceed will appear. Confirming this action will place that customer in your participant list, where you can add further details, find support, and action shifts.
