Deleting a Referral customer

There are several ways to delete a customer from your referral list:

In Tile view main referral screen, go to the customer’s tile, on the top right of the tile, there are three (3) dots, click the dots to access the options menu.

Edit Details Comments Delete

By clicking the delete button, Lama Care’s built-in warning system screen will appear, asking if you are certain about proceeding.

Clicking the "Continue" icon, will delete that customers’ record.

In Classic view you will move across the line of your customer and click on the red bin symbol and again the warning screen will appear to make sure you wish to proceed.

Now that you have become proficient in handling referrals, it's time to begin the process of setting up your customers.
