Create Participant

Creating a participant profile on LAMA is simple. They can either transition from a referral to a draft participant or you have the option to create a new participant.

Create a New Participant

• Go to Participants in the menu bar
• Click Participant List
• Click New+ on top left side of window

• Fill in all fields, based on the sections identified on the left
  • Participant Details
  • Demographics
  • Support Notes
  • Medical/Health
  • Service Details
  • Contact Details
  • Related Documents.
• Save

Note: Please ensure that all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are completed as they are mandatory and require data.
